It's that time of year again for our Annual Group Party and this will be on the afternoon of Saturday 15th June, 1.30 to 4 pm.
As always, we will have the inflatables which are so popular with our children (and adults!), the tabletop games and the inevitable ice cream van.
All families in the 6th Lichfield are invited and those who have been to our previous group parties will know what a popular afternoon this has become.
No uniform, but group red tops for the children, please.
During the afternoon we will take 15 minutes for the group AGM.
There is no charge for this event, however, we will make a collection during the afternoon to offset some of the costs, cash and card payments are welcome.
The small print:
a) There will be NO parking on the Martin Heath hall car park on that afternoon.
b) You will be responsible for your children during the event and all children must be accompanied.
c) For insurance purposes, we can only have direct family members attending, no friends please.
d) There will be a tidying up session on the Monday before 6-8pm at HQ and the Chair will write to you asking for an hour of your time to get HQ ready for the party.
e) Half an hour of your time on the day to help supervise the activities would be welcome.
